If the Company can assist, it will reply with the fee, the expected turnaround and a method for sending documents securely.

Consultations in person and online

Consultations are held at the Company's office in Nanotsu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka, or online by video call. For online consultations you are responsible for joining from a place where the conversation cannot be overheard. The written summary following a General Consultation Hour is sent by email within three working days.

Information on this website

Descriptions of company forms, contract clauses and filing steps on this website are general explanations, current at the time of writing. They are not advice about any particular situation and should not be relied on as such. Law and administrative practice change, and the Company does not undertake to update every page immediately.

Communications

The Company corresponds with clients by email and telephone during business hours on weekdays. Messages received after hours or on public holidays are answered on the next business day. Urgent deadlines should be mentioned in the first line of your message.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute concerning the use of this website that cannot be resolved by discussion shall be submitted to the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.

Documents in languages other than English

Many agreements used in Fukuoka are written in Japanese, or in both Japanese and English. The Company reviews documents in either language; where versions differ, the note identifies which text is expressed to prevail and highlights material discrepancies. Documents in other languages are accepted only by prior arrangement.

If you have difficulty using this website or attending a consultation in the usual way, please say so in your inquiry. Consultations can be arranged by telephone, and written summaries can be provided in a larger format on request.

Amendments

Matters the Company does not handle
